We provide real estate solutions in line with guidelines from the Zambia Institute of Estate Agency (ZIEA) and its guiding Regulations, Acts and Statutes. We also adhere to other regulatory guidelines in Zambia including international best practices. This section presents our Terms of Service for solutions provided.
All our solutions, including products and services, are subject to terms and conditions agreed upon in governing agreements given either here on this website or other means applicable. These include but are not limited to; Agency Mandate Agreements, Property Management Agreements, Advertising Agreements, Property Consulting Agreements, Property Appraisal Agreements, Property Valuation Agreements, and other agreements as made available.
The following are terms of service in relation to our rental solutions as stipulated below;
- Standard Rental Agency
Standard Rental Agency is our real estate solution offered to property owners looking for a letting agent for their property(ies). A commission is paid out upon successfully finding a tenant for the property. This commission is equivalent to a full month’s net rental from rental payments made. You agree to pay out a commission upon successfully providing you service under this package should you select this package.
What are the full benefits of Standard Rental Agency?
Under this solution, we offer the following benefits;
- Market property through various media as we deemed fit (These may include all or a combination of the following; Email Marketing, SMS Text Marketing, Online Marketing, Offline Marketing, etc.)
- Vet prospective tenants and ensure only keen and capable prospects view property
- Manage property viewings by vetted prospects – so your time is freed
- Follow up on leads and prospects
- Identify additional strategies as needed to re-engage prospects and generate leads
We will also;
- Ensure regular communication on market status and marketing efforts
- Ensure owner is communicated to in case of any viewings, show day events, or any related viewing of the property
- Ensure timely occupancy by vetted and capable tenants is achieved efficiently
A For Rent By Owner (FRBO) property will still need some benefits that come with using a dedicated estate agent under the standard rental agency solution. We understand however that not all property owners may take up standard rental agency due to various reasons. This is more especially so for the lower rental income bracket properties. Hence our provision of the following solutions as an option to benefit from the some of the services of an estate agent but pay only a fraction of the costs associated with full-service under the standard rental agency solution.
- FRBO Start Solution
The For Rent By Owner (FRBO) Start Solution is suited to property owners looking to manage the entire letting process offline themselves. We come in to assist you market your property to the right audience and through the right channels.
What do I get from this solution?
Under this solution, we offer the following benefits;

- FRBO Premium Solution
The For Rent By Owner (FRBO) Premium Solution is designed for property owners with a larger portfolio of properties to self-manage. While we recommend hiring us as your property managers in such a case, we still would like to provide you some service even if you choose not to go with our property management services. We come in to boost your marketing efforts and assist you market your properties through the right channels and to the right audience.
What are the full benefits of a FRBO Premium Solution?
Under this solution, we offer the following benefits;
- Market properties through various media as we deemed fit (These may include all or a combination of the following; Email Marketing, SMS Text Marketing, Online Marketing, Offline Marketing, etc.)
- Guide you on rental agreements and vetting procedures

The For Rent By Owner (FRBO) Enterprise Solution is suited to corporate property owners with an in-house property manager looking for assistance in marketing vacant units to the right audience through the right channels. We assist you market your properties for quicker occupancy when vacant.
What are the full benefits of a FRBO Enterprise Solution?
Under this solution, we offer the following benefits;
- Market property through various media as we deemed fit (These may include all or a combination of the following; Email Marketing, SMS Text Marketing, Online Marketing, Offline Marketing, etc.)
- Guide you on rental agreements and vetting procedures (if needed)
We will also;
