(ii) Water supply is from three boreholes. There is also water reservoir rectangular shaped lined with tarpaulin. Irrigation on 50 hectares of the farm has drip irrigation system installed with about 30 hectares of sprinkler irrigation system.
(iii) Disposal of waste from sanitary fittings is to septic tank and soak ways.
(iv) There are also Zamtel, Airtel mobile telephone lines connected to the property.
